We have released a new version to solve this problem, we add 4th generation key functions to show our regret. we suggest you to upgrade as soon as possible to solve this problem. If damage occurs during the upgrade process,please send the product back to the original manufacturers for repair and send back to you,but we do not bear the freight.

1) Connect "VAG KM+IMMO TOOL" to both PC and car.
2) Click "EEPROM" button, read EEPROM and save it for backup.

4) Use the prompt key chip to make key.
